July Events at the Mercantile Library

Hello dear readers! Wanted to give you a quick update today on two events I am doing with that Cincinnati treasure, the Mercantile Library, next month!

On Tuesday, July 13, at 7 PM EST, I will be on Crowdcast for a conversation with one of my favorite writers in the world, Simon Van Booy. We'll be talking about his latest (and possibly greatest) novel, Night Came with Many Stars, as well as the art and craft of writing.

Then on Wednesday, July 28, at 7 PM EST, I will be on Crowdcast again for another conversation, this time with the incomparable Leah Weiss. We'll be talking about her second novel, All the Little Hopes, and the writing life.

I adore both these writers, and they have such interesting things to say about this crazy business we call books. Their latest works are fantastic, and you'd do well to read them both!

Watch this space in the coming weeks for some interview questions I sent both writers; just a taste of what you can expect in our conversations.

You can register for both events here. Both are free and open to the public, and books will be available for purchase through IndieBound.

I truly hope to see each and every one of you at these events.

Until then, happy reading and KEEP WRITING!
